Training Programs - Coach Kate’s Endurance Sport Lessons

Training programs are hugely beneficial for endurance sport. An effective program will slowly progresses your training load to reflect the demands of your upcoming goal or event, this is called periodisation. This gradual progression in load assists in preventing injuries and illness and ensures adaptation to training.


There are several training program options on available at Triathlon Adventures Geelong. All options and listed and described below to give you a clear comparison between options. There is flexibility to switch between options throughout the year.


If you are interested in viewing or purchasing a generic plan it can be done via Kate’s Training Peaks profile. Purchases can be made there, or directly to Kate.
